Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and brings over 25 years of professional expertise to the table. She has a wealth of knowledge across various industries, with a particular focus on the government sector. Her strong passion lies in space utilization and ergonomics.
Outside of her professional life, Lisa enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors. She often draws inspiration from nature, incorporating elements of the natural world into her design work.
With a holistic approach to both design and life, Lisa has earned a reputation as a thoughtful and innovative designer.
Ashley
Ashley Smith is a licensed commercial interior designer who is passionate about sustainable, community-focused design. With more than seven years of experience and extensive expertise in Divisions 8–12, she has successfully managed many FF&E and SID packages.
Her background encompasses both multi-family residential and public-sector work, where she is recognized for her ability to handle bond-funded budgets, stakeholder priorities, and tight schedules with clarity and care.
Having served as a specifier for the owner within an architecture and engineering firm—and now working on the supplier and installation side—Ashley provides a unique, holistic perspective.
Outside of her professional endeavors, she loves gardening, hiking, and exploring the relationship between indoor and outdoor living.

Jessika serves as our Project Coordinator, bringing a richly diverse background and a strong passion for uniting people to achieve their goals. She is dedicated to her work and possesses a well-rounded perspective on the various phases and requirements of order processing and installations.
